Can somebody help me with refund issue? I recently received money from my friend and i accidentally clicked on refund issue and that money was sent to my friend back,but unfortunately he has 0 euros on his paypal account and i don't know what to do. I am also asking you if you can explain me how is this refund issue working and what happened with that money and when my friend will receive it on his paypal account?
