Hi guys.. so i had an item listed on depop that wasn’t meant to be up and without messaging me, a girl paid for that shirt. I issued a refund through paypal which said complete. The receipt for shipment is still on my depop and the item is still marked as sold. Also, when i woke up this morning i checked my bank account and the money that was “refunded” was taken out of MY bank account! when i never even accepted the money to begin with. Plus, the price refunded and the price she paid on depop are two different amounts. I’ve tried contacting paypal and depop and haven’t gotten any answers!..
