Refund issue

So i bought something with a prepaid debit card but i never got the item i wanted.So i asked for a refund and they accepted.But now i can't use the money because it was sent to the prepaid card. Is their a way i can get the money back?

If its declined by the card then it should go back to your paypal balance.

Allow 14 working days and if no show then contact customer services for a trace.
