I purchased a sewing course and paid with PayPal. The class was canceled and my money was refunded through PayPal. Paypal sent me an email that my funds were available to accept however when I logged on the funds were not there. Now the are holding my money somewhere in their cyber account and will not release it. Can anyone help?

Hi curlyq1028,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
Refunds are issued back to the original funding source that was used to make the payment. In order for the refund to be processed correctly, your email address must be confirmed on PayPal.
Here’s how to confirm your email address:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
- Click Update beside the email.
- Click Confirm this email.
- Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.
Here's how to accept or deny a payment:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
- Select Accept or Deny in the drop-down menu for the transaction.
- On the following page, select the appropriate radio button and click Submit or Decide Later.
