Refund hasn't shown up in my Bank Statement

I used Visa Debit Card for the transaction. I bought Battlefield V game from Origin and successfully requested a refund the day after. It was 3 weeks ago, and now, I still haven't got the money back in my Bank Statement. Last time I refunded a game from origin, it only took 4 days. Now its been 3 weeks and still going. On PayPal, the transaction said "Refunded". What's happening?

Thanks for reaching out on our Community Forum. Normally it should only take 3 business days for the refund to complete back to your card. At the most, it will take 30 days to appear on a statement. If you double check your history and still do not see your refund, please reach out to our over the phone Customer Support for further assistance.
