Hi! I got an issue this morning with my PayPal account. I tried to cash in my money from PayPal to Gcash app. I received an error message on my Gcash app saying I would need to re-link my PayPal account to my Gcash. And so I did. But I then received a confirmation that the transaction was unsuccessful. I immediately checked my PayPal account and boom! 0 balance! Even though there is a refund transaction on my PayPal with a transaction number - 40M47315ST874441T for the unsuccessful cash in on my Gcash app. Where is my money?
