Summary
- I purchased some tickets with Credit card A and the payment was success 9 months ago
- My credit card A lost within this period and I replaced with new credit card
- Event cancelled due to the infamous pandemic and just announced last week
- Received an email that the refund go to credit card A
So can anyone advice me in this scenario, already created an ticket few days ago but still no active agent approach me.

As long as the card ACCOUNT is still open then it should go through fine ie as long as both old and new cards belong or belonged to the same card account all should be good.
Advice is voluntary.

Thanks @kernowlass, I've contacted my credit card's bank and they able to transfer the refund from my old credit card to new credit card
