Refund for completed payment

Hi, I wanted to conform my credit card and they charged me money to send me the code and told me that the money will be refunded but the refund never came and I lost money. Is there a way to get my money back.

The money is immediately refunded by paypal but your card company may take up to 30 days to process it back to your card.
