Hi, Paypal advised that it will issue me a refund for a claim. However, the debit card that I used to pay for that purchase has recently been blocked due to unauthorised direct debit attempt. The bank has issued me a new debit card and I have linked with PayPal. My bank account remains unchanged. Will there be any problem receiving the refund?
