Refund credit card

I just gut refund from one site for my own payment to credit card and i wonder even if i pay with creditcardcan i change refund goes to my paypal-i see it can take 30 days for refund?

Refunds to cards go back automatically to cards, paypal say 'allow' 30 days but I have never waited longer than a few days.
