I paid for an item on ebay using my CARD, but somehow it went through PayPal and I cancelled the order, and the refund was just completed today, it says the money should be in my balance but there's nothing, also there's no transaction activity. The email gave me a transaction ID so I guess there's some proof of a transaction. What do I do?
If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
