I got refund of 2 payments on 8th feb 2019 and it was showing pending and scheduled /expected 28feb 2019 then today its showing cancelled. What just happend.? Please help me its a huge amount for me.
Out of all the Refund statuses, this status is the one that PayPal doesn't have a definition for because it is obvious. Seems like other party didn't have money to cover the refunds so no refunds are forthcoming I'm afraid. Contact the seller at their PayPal email address or if you paid with card, file a chargeback.
