I want to share that PayPal is all fraudulent. I sent out some money and the PayPal was unable to deliver the total amount to the person am sending it to. Ok, refund my money, PayPal then gave me three different dates on when I will get my money back. The next thing I saw on the summary is that the refund has been canceled. Now, PayPal is claiming to have refunded the money and the email to this claim was sent to the person I sent the money to in the first place. This is wrong and since then I have not got a single response from PayPal.
