So I just started using a service call webinterpret which lists my eBay items on various eBay sites (UK, Australita, ect) and I have had a couple cancellation requests that I can't seem to send refunds for. When accepting their payments I converted their payments (GPB, AUD, etc) to USD but when I try to issue refunds I get a PayPal error saying I do not have enough funds to issue the refund, even though there is PLENTY of money (USD) in my account to cover the refund. How do I issue refunds to buyers who paid in their currency using the USD balance in my PayPal account?

You would either need to convert your balance and mark that currency as primary for the refund (change it back after).
OR just refund them from your linked bank account where paypal will do the currency exchange.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
