Refund application for unauthorised payment was rejected

I was charged $633.47 by Linkedin as a so called "Business subscription" which I never heard about and will never use of that one on 14/02/2021. It is an automotive payment but without my authorisation. The last payment to Linkedin was 3 years ago when I first use of Linkedin, and it was just for one month subscription. I emailed firstly to Linkedin but was ignored for 6 days. Then I send a request of refund to paypal, the refund request is still rejected as they think this is not an unauthorised payment. How can I open a business social media account when I will never use it, and it is not behaviour from myself.

Please help and support me cause this amount of money is important to me after a long period lockdown.
