Refund after 180 days

I bought event tickets in Feb 2020. Obviously this was postponed due to Covid. There still isn’t any future date from the event organiser and ideally I would now prefer a refund. I keep asking the event organiser but they are ignoring me. I know it’s over 180 days but can I get any help from PayPal?

Unfortunately, no. If you paid by credit card, try to dispute through card issuer if they will allow it.
