No, I just received a payment from Hasoub account and I wanna refund it. when I called the customer service, they told me to click on Activity => the transaction => details => give a refund.
and I followed the process till (details) as there was to "details" to click on
Just click on the transaction in your Paypal account and it brings up the details of that transaction, at the bottom of that page is the refund option.
