PayPal was suppose to refund my credit card back. So the mess that I have now is I called the credit card and the refund is on there but there’s a negative $26 on the card. And a negative $78.86 in the PayPal account which was suppose to go back on my card. So I emailed PayPal and they tell my look up advance fliter. Really
