Refund/Payments

I tried to purchase an item. Went to enter my PayPal details accepted it and took the money out my account. The transaction then failed, still with the money being taken from my account. PayPal says I have been given a refund but I haven’t....? Any help please?

Once completed a refund will go back to your bank account or credit card if the payment was originally funded that way.

Allow about a week for it to show up back there.
