So a buyer requested a refund for my service and i have no problem in doing it but payment send by the buyer at the time of purchase was with held by Paypal only now it is asking for issuing a refund from my account but how can i do it if i never received the money at first place. How can i cancel the payment or what should i do in this situation. Is there a way to request Paypal to cancel the payment and send it back to the buyer
