Refund Money

Hello, my name Affendy, last month on 20th August I joined an online raffle from atmos kl. Unfortunately, my name didn't get picked for the raffle. Therefore, atmos says they will refund my money within 2-4 weeks. Its been over a month now and I still haven't receive my refund money. I contact MayBank and MayBank ask me to contact AtmosKl after that AtmosKl ask me to contact PayPal. This is a very confusing time. Can anyone please help me out?

One question. Did you get to see any activity transaction on Paypal account?

I have the same problem, still didn't get my refund yet with Atmos KL
