Refund Issue

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to refund my customer. I have enough balance in my Paypal. But error message keep saying 'not enough balance". I can do some other small refund. But this refund is about USD500. I dont know what is the problem. If anyone know. Please help. Customer want refund a.s.a.p.

Are you sure you have the full amount including the fee you were charged that is not returned as part of that refund in your account?

Also are the funds in the correct currency.
