i sent some money to someone in 2 transactions and i didnt receive what i asked for, so he refunded both of them, the second transaction was on hold for him, so in the activity section in paypal website it says its pending until 16\april the refund was made at 9\april today is 21\april and the transaction still on pending and the guy told me that the money still on hold for him, also when i try to use the resolution center it tells me that i received the payment so they are unable to file a case on that transaction
