Refund Help!

I received a payment that was meant for another business. How do I refund the whole payment if fees have already been taken out by PayPal?

Either deduct the fees charged from the amount to refund (deduct the fee amount from gross amount and enter that as the amount to refund), or enter the gross amount and the difference in fees comes out of your pocket because PayPal no longer refunds the fees (both the variable rate and the flat rate).
