Refund - Epoch

i'd like to refund a transaction to epoch, it's says it's pending, but when i call their support, they just say they can't do anything about it.

is there a way to get a refund?

i didn't know the one time payment would turn in to a subscription. i couldn't even find the place to cancel it in paypal before the second payment got through.

so

it's now pending.. is there a way to stop it?

To cancel the subscription in general, go to your account settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Some purchases you have to be careful and read the fine print when you pay because it will tell you that you are also setting up a billing agreement with this payment. But you can cancel the recurring payment of course.

Now, if you click on the pending transaction, does it say something about it is temporary until merchant captures payment?  If the merchant said they can't do anything about removing that pending transaction from your account but acknowledge your cancelation, that is because it will just expire on it's on. That is if merchant don't capture the payment. If they captured the payment, it will be marked as complete in your recent activity and the green pending tag will be removed.

ask google for „epoch.com paypal“ and you find the bad company items. 47,30€ were panding for 2 days today the have catch them. a chat with the service of epoch.com (see paypal transaktion for email) give me the answer that the related member is closes and i should get a refund, i hope so. at paypal i initiate a conflict process.

a blacklist at paypal where a good idea....

Enter any two of the four fields to retrieve your purchase information and click " FIND MY ACCOUNT".

Next page will have 3 options: 

PURCHASE DETAILS            LOGIN DETAILS        CANCEL

Click on  CANCEL.

On the left of the screen you will see CANCELLED TRIAL in red

Before the end of the process You will probably see something offering you a discount to stay with them.
