So I sent $20 to a friend of mine and we ended up deciding that he should just refund it. So he gave me a refund and from his view it said transaction canceled. (He declined the money) But from my side it says that it went through. My card has been charged $20 and the receiver has not received the money. This happend 2 days ago. Thanks, Matt
