Alright.
I bought an item on eBay, payment went trough no problem, then I get an email from eBay how the seller's account was compromised and they cancelled the order.
I immediately go to Paypal and cancel the transaction, which in return tells me the cancel is completed and money has been sent back to my credit card which I paid from.
I wait for a few hours, my money is still in "reserved" section of the e-banking page.
I call the customer service, and they tell me I either have to wait for 15 days for a refund, or I have to contact Paypal directly and ask them to give me some kind of an approval code and an agreement on the refund?????
Since when is this so complicated? I've had issues before, did a refund, 10 minutes later boom the amount is back on my card.
Is this really the only way to get my money back?
