Refund - Brunei account

i'm tryin to get refund by a seller. but everytime the seller try to send my refund the seller get a notification' This payee only accepts PayPal payment through its website. To complete this payment, please go to its website and follow its instructions, or send an email to the payee for instructions'. i am using paypal account on Brunei Darussalam.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in Brunei.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

But the seller should not be 'sending' you a refund, they should be using the 'refund' option.

Tell them to go to your transaction in their paypal account and click on it, scroll down and hit on the refund option bottom of page, then the refund would go automatically back to that card.

They can't do that if its over 180 days though.
