Recurring subscription by credit card and paypal account

I need to integrate recurring subscription for payment from paypal account and credit card. i created a plan using billing plan creation api but i can't see that plan in my paypal account and also i paid a payment from paypal account for recurring payment i can't see that payment in both account (merchant and subscriber).
