Recurring Payment

I had deactivated recurring payment to a service. 

How can i reactivate this payment again? This new web is not very user friendly to me

I have tried emailing I have tried to record a problem I am having no luck with this website every time I try to contact an agent they tell me to call back during the right time and I am calling back and I’m still getting that message I have unauthorized recurring a payment that I need to resolve I tried to call to contact the seller with no luck please contact me
