First you have to make sure the old link App Store and iTunes are removed. Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Security > Permissions you’ve given > Update
The remove the existing links to those sites/apps if it's there and relink your account as usual. To link you'll have to log into App Store and iTunes account and put in your PayPal email address.
