Recieving payment

I was transferred money from USA and i am situated in South Africa. Was an instant payment, and i have recieved the email from paypal. But nothing shows yet in my paypal account and no way to accept the payment. Any help?

Which currency did they send and did you add that currency as a receiving currency in your paypal wallet?
