Is the money on hold? Did the other person sending you money tell you that it has been sent?
If you recieved the money, it will come once the hold is done.
If you do not know if you have, or the other person hasn't sent you it. Go ahead and make a "paypal.me" page. Google that and how to do it and you will recieve a FAQ page. That is how you recieve money from non-paypal users.
