Recieve money

For some reason when I try to accept money sent to me on my card it says I don't have enough for the fees but doesn't it take it off the money getting sent to me? And I have 8 dollars on The card I'm trying to put it on

Hmmm...what you're saying is a bit confusing.

Do you mean that you received money to your PayPal account, so there is a current available balance on PayPal, and then you're trying to transfer it from there to a card?
