Recent transaction not on account activity

Recent transaction not on account activity, I just make a purchase and I want to cancel it but I cant find any transaction in the activity ?

Did you log into your paypal account to pay or did you use your card and pay as a guest buyer?

If the former then allow a couple of hours for it to show up.

I did pay as a guest so what will i do if i want to cancel the order ? I have contact the seller but they dont respond to me

Only a seller can cancel an order.

Paypal gives you buyer protection for item not received OR item received but not as described.

They don't cover buyer remorse or offer a cancel option.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
