Thank you for your post! Are you uploading information in order to resolve a limitation? If your account is limited and the credit card statement has been requested to resolve the limitation, that step would have to be completed in order to reinstate the account. If the account remains limited without resolution, funds would typically not be available until 180 days elapse from the date of limitation.
