Receiving payments for individuals

Can I receive payments in individual capacity using PayPal? Customer care told I can't. Please help

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

Yeah I just found out from customer care that in India this facility is not available
