Hello.
I need help with receiving payments for ebay sales.
I have already received payments before nothing has changed beside the fact that now customers are complaining that when they go to checkout the receive an error message saying that it is not possible to proceed or change payment method.
i only use PayPal.
Never receive any notification about restriction or limitation. Been able to receive payments not more than a month ago.
My residence is in Albania. the account is personal and found i received till now are about 45o Us Dollars not more.
