Receiving money

I sold to items Monday and was paid by the person. I got an alert that money was received and I left it at that. Well today I got an email saying I needed to confirm payment so I clicked on confirm payment and it is telling me the link no longer exists. And when I look at my "summary" it doesn't show any money received. I'm new to this and have no idea how to get the money that waa paid to me and I am unable to contact customer service! I'll add screen shots of the email as well as what happens when I click the claim money link. Actually don't know how to add screen shots but I have them!
