I received a notification of payment email from Paypal but there is no money showing in my account. I think the issue might be is I sold the item through Ebay by logging straight into Ebay via gmail but I did have a previous ebay account from a long time ago (different user name) to that gmail account.
I have linked the new ebay account to the gmail account and checked that everything is confirmed. I have been through all of the necessary checks with EBAY bots on the email / what I need to do to check everything has been done correctly. I think all has been done but the money is not showing.
I would like to send the goods to the purchaser from EBAY but currently I just cannot see any money in my papal account.
