I have a girl from overseas wanting to buy something from me, and she has sent me an email it looks like it’s from PayPal but I’m not quite sure and it says that the money is pending until I send it and then the money will be Put into my account

The money will remain pending or hold until the item shows delivered and will reflect it in your PayPal balance, it's up to you if you're going to transfer it to your bank or spend it online.
