I haven’t received a payment which I was meant to revive after 2 working days. I received this email on Sunday and it is now Wednesday. What should I do

Who was this payment from?  Emails can be faked.  When you go directly to paypal.com and log in to your account, then click into the Activity page, are you able to see the transaction there?

If not, then no payment actually happened, and the email is a fake.  If you do see it there, you can click into the transaction details to get more info about why it's pending and when you might see it clear.

This email was from <removed> and yes I do see the transaction it says pending
