What happens When you receive money from a PayPal account? Does that go automatically into your bank account or your credit card or anything else that is linked up or does it stay in your PayPal account?

Funds are always deposited into your PayPal Account Balance first - the money stays there until you decide what to do with it.

So if someone sends me money since I dont have a bank account what happens

Depends what country you are in.

Depends what other funding sources are linked to your paypal account.

Am in Kenya. Someone sent me money from China in dollars and I cant see it on my Paypal balance
