In receiving money should it show to your paypal account that there is a pending money to be recieve? Thanks

yes don't get scammed by folks telling you that you have to provide tracking BEFORE your funds are showing in your balance.

Thanks..that's a relief Exactly that person told me to ship before fund release but when I check my account I've been going round and round...because I'm new in this app I know that there will be a notification from PayPal that I will receive an amount of money.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.
