Receiving money without invoice/fee?

Hi,

I have a business paypal account.

One of my clients who sets the monthly payment plan with us wants to send money to us from his PayPal account (linked with his bank account). 

I need to know 

1. Can he send money to my paypal account without an invoice? I know if he knows receiver's paypal email, he can send money to it. But I am not sure if business account also can receive money only with paypal email account, without sending an invoice.

2. Is there any way to receive money from her without being charged a fee in my end?

1. Yes, it is possible if sender knows the PayPal email address to send to.

2. No, if the payment is a goods and service payment, the recipient is charged a fee. There is friends and family method but we are not supposed to use that method for sending/receiving commercial payments. if it is abused, the function can be revoked. You can include the expense of the PayPal fees in your service/item price.
