Receiving money from friends and family

Hi,

I'd appreciate your help on how to receive money from my friend who is currently living in the US without him paying a transaction fee? I am in Croatia. Are there some things I need to change in my account settings, or currency, to solve this? Because I've known people from US sending money to EU - Greece, Germany etc. without paying any fee. I hope you can help me with this.

I don't think you have the friends/family ie personal payment option available in your country.

click on personal top of page and the send to friends/family option is missing.
