Receiving international payments

Hello I have a UK PayPal account, my ex husband lives in Australia and has asked to pay his child maintenance through PayPal. Can I do this and how long will it take to receive the money?? I can’t wait around for it to take days and days to clear and withdraw it...

As long as he uses the friends/family option and sends the funds in £££ and not AUD then it should be instant, however you may get the occasional 24 hour random security review.
