Receiving funds

Hi Money was sent to me from someone in slovenia im in the uk. The item he has paid for doesn’t have a tracking number so will i have to wait the 21 days to receive my money?

If its showing as pending in your paypal account under the new seller hold then yes.

DO NOT send anything until the funds are SHOWING in your paypal balance.

Also if you don't send trackable then if the item gets lost in the post you will have to refund so be careful sending internationally especially at the moment.

Thanks for your help! Given current times the koney will be very useful!! No item has yet to be collected (hence why no tracking)
