Receiving funds

A client has paid me twice, but when I log into my account, the money is not there. On her end it shows that the payment has been taken out of her bank. help please

How can we advise when you haven't said.....

 

What country you are in.

What country the client is in.

What currency is involved.

What type of Paypal account you own.

Where you are selling ie which site or is it a private sale.

How the buyer paid ie which payment option OR did you send her an invoice or money request.

And have you asked the client what it says next to the transaction in her PAYPAL account (not bank account) ie completed or pending / unclaimed.

 

We can't just guess you have to give some info.
