I'm sorry to hear that someone is having difficulty sending you a payment. Please check your account to make sure that there isn't any messaging there that indicates that there are steps to complete to resolve any issues. If there are no issues on your account, the transaction itself may be running into our security system. The sender should wait at least a day before trying the transaction again. If the problem persists, they can call customer service for further real-time troubleshooting by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and clicking Call us, then logging in.
